Originally from Monroe, Michigan, Randall has lived in Hot Springs with his wife Sally and their 4 children since 1988. A graduate of Vanguard University, Randall previously served as a Youth Pastor for 13 years.
Randall has played in 6 seasons with the Bath House Show as both our guitarist and bass guitarist. He started out as the guitar player late in the 2002 season. After a year as guitar player (2003), he came back to the show in 2004 to replace the exiting bass player. After playing bass for a year, he came back for the 2005 and 2006 seasons as the guitar player and substitute bass player. He currently acts as the substitute bass guitarist and substitute lead guitarist for the show.
Randall played lead guitar for a rock band in high school - Frisko Kidd. (click here http://www.myfirstband.com/FirstBandFriskoKidd.html for Frisko Kidd) Then he switched to bass and traveled with the Living Praise Choir college group from Christ for the Nations Institute of Dallas, Texas. Randall has traveled to eleven foreign countries, and most states in the continental U.S. He and his wife traveled full time with the group Immanuel, spending a year on the road, 4 months of that in Europe.
He was the studio musician (bass guitar) on an album called Moments of Inspiration. At age 15 Randall played lead guitar on a "45" record made by Charlie and the Drifters. (Randall was a Drifter)
He plays guitar, bass, mandolin, harmonica and tenor banjo. Randall also co-designs the web pages for The Bath House Show.
